Request an MCAD Speaker
The MCAD wants the people of Massachusetts to know and understand their rights and obligations under the Anti-Discrimination laws of the Commonwealth.
In its effort to eradicate discrimination in the Commonwealth, the Commission seeks to provide speakers for both private and public sector gatherings, to provide organizations, educational institutions, businesses, and the general public with a direct and face-to-face opportunity to learn more about the Commission, its process, and the laws MCAD enforces.
A designated speaker from the Commission welcomes the opportunity to share useful information and training related to discrimination matters in employment, housing, public places, access to education, credit and lending, including best practices for community mitigation, as well as the overall mission of MCAD.
The MCAD requests that speaking engagements have a minimum audience of 15 attendees. MCAD will try its best to accommodate every request for a speaker. For this reason, MCAD requires that requests are placed at least 30 days in advance.
